About Me

Hi! I’m Mallory, a Registered Dietitian and nutrition coach who has made a career on helping other busy babes find balance out of burnout and feel more alive than ever before!

I’ve been in the burnout cycle before — thinking that doing more is the answer, never feeling like I’m doing enough, and feeling empty, stressed out, and anything but living in the moment. I lived on caffeine and stress hormones until it finally caught up with me.

Now I help other type-A, go getter women beat the burnout that is keeping them stuck by practicing intentional nutrition that boosts energy, clears brain fog, balances blood sugar, and realigns your hormones to get out of fight or flight, and get you into your life!
