Hello! My name is Mallory Choate, I’m a Registered Dietitian, nutrition and fitness coach, and content creator.

After spending the majority of my 20’s in total burnout, always working two jobs, or in school full time on top of working, I have learned the importance that balance plays in our lives, and how different that actually looks versus what the wellness industry or media tells us. My mission is to help other women build balanced eating and lifestyle habits to support their busy lives to enable them to thrive through what life brings, rather than just hoping to survive. Now as a new mom, I believe in this approach to wellness tenfold, and love sharing my new perspective and experience with my community who are also living the mom life!

My approach to content is to mix the relatable with the inspirational by showing real moments in my life, as well as curate beautiful recipes and motivational content for my audience. My content is light, bright, and full of true color.
