Whether you want to dip, drizzle, or totally douse, this dairy-free, nutty, slightly sweet dip recipe is sure to please this time of year. I love to cozy up with something sweet at the end of a day, especially with the temps dropping like they have this week! This dip is indulgence without the added sugars, additives, and other guess work that other dips come with. With only 5 ingredients & ready in 15 minutes, I can’t wait to see this hit your Instagram feed as your new fave treat!
Almond Butter Coconut Caramel Dip
Prep Time: 15 min
Servings: 12 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 c full fat coconut milk
1/2 c almond butter
1/4 c maple syrup
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. arrowroot starch
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small pot, combine coconut milk, almond butter, maple syrup & cinnamon over medium heat. Stir until combined into one cohesive mixture.
Add arrowroot starch & increase heat to high. Allow to boil.
Reduce to a simmer & allow to thicken for 5-8 minutes.
Cool and serve!
Store in the refrigerator for 1 week.
