One-Pan Steak Fajitas

With Cinco de Mayo and warmer weather around the corner, I am all about spicing up my plate and enjoying some Mexican flavor outside of just Taco Tuesday! Need a quick dish to whip up this weekend for your festivities? These 1-pan steak fajitas are the perfect dish for gatherings big or small!
With less than 10 ingredients and ready in 30 minutes – you’ll not only serve your guests a delicious, nutritious meal, but get to enjoy more time with them as well!
One Pan Steak Fajitas

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. lean strip steak, sliced
1 yellow onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
In a plastic or reusable silicone bag, marinate the sliced steak by adding the chili powder,
cumin, garlic powder, 1 tbsp. olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce and thoroughly coating.
*Marinate in the refrigerator ahead of time for more flavor!
In a medium to large skillet pan, heat 1 tbsp, olive oil over medium to medium-high heat.
While the pan is heating, wash and slice all 3 bell peppers and the onion into thin strips.
Add all vegetables into the pan and allow to cook, stirring occasionally until the onion starts
to brown. *Cooking duration of vegetables will vary based on your preference. For a more caramelized vegetable mix, this step should take 7-10 minutes.
Add in marinated steak and cook thoroughly. *Cook to desired temperature. 7-10 additional minutes.
Serve with any desired toppings or sides. Enjoy!
