Everyday Maple Dijon Dressing
Simple enough to make every week & eat almost every day!
Or at least that’s what I think about it! I have been making this simple salad dressing every week for months now & I am not slowing down anytime soon. Are you in need of a quick to make, goes with everything, fresh, summery, all around delish dressing to throw on any salad or bowl you whip up this week (& beyond!).
Salad dressings are an easy way to make a salad more exciting & whipping up your own is the easiest way to know exactly what’s in that drizzle over your greens.
Low fat & calorie free salad dressings are popping up everywhere, but FUN FACT - the fat in a dressing (or any added fat into your bowl of greens) actually helps you get more nutrition out of your bowl! Salad vegetables like leafy greens, tomatoes, cucumbers & so many others are packed with vitamins & minerals, some of those being FAT SOLUBLE - meaning you need fat to absorb these nutrients. So don’t skip the olive oil in this mix - or adding cheese, avocado, nuts or whatever you like into your salads!
This salad dressing is…

& seriously my favorite dressing EVER!
