Daily Protein Oatmeal

SO QUICK & EASY, YOU’LL WANT IT ON THE DAILY!

I shared my latest go-to bowl of oatmeal on Instagram recently and ya’ll went nuts! Winter weather has me all about warming bowls of oatmeal & this mix has been my go-to for the last couple of weeks!

Oatmeal can be a wonderfully healthy breakfast despite being a little carb heavy. I like to balance it out with some good fats, adding in protein powder & fruit for an antioxidant boost (so important during flu season!). It keeps me full, satisfied & not shivering from my typical smoothie habit! And I KNOW you’re going to love it!
