Finding a low sugar, minimal ingredient jar of jelly at the store can be tough. When you’re short on time & short on patience for products that are packed with fillers, added sugars & lord knows what else — simple, quick recipes like this are a lifesaver!

Whether you need some jam for those breakfast breads in the morning, or for a nostalgic lunch of classic PB&J — this nutrient rich, naturally sweet & totally delicious mix is going to come in handy!

Chia Seed Jam

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 16

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c fresh or thawed berries of choice (raspberries, strawberries, mixed berries)

  • 3 Tbsp. chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a high-speed blender, add berries & chia seeds.

  2. Pulse or blend until berries are pureed & seeds are mixed throughout.

  3. Pour mixture into a jar or container of choice, scrape the sides of the blender as needed.

  4. Place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to hydrate & thicken the jam before serving.

  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
