Avocado Hummus

This avocado hummus is the perfect condiment addition to your life! Not not only is it packed with nutrition, but it’s good on just about anything!

Use this dip:

  • In place of mayo on sandwiches

  • As a dip with veggies

  • Topped on tacos

  • Spread into a wrap

  • On toast with eggs

The options are endless! This Avocado Hummus is so quick to make, it’s a no brainer to prep for a week’s worth of snacking, topping, dipping, or whatever fits into your plan for the week! Avocado Hummus

Prep Time: 10 min
Servings: 8

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 small avocados

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1-2 Tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1/2 c parsley, fresh

  • 1/4 c avocado or olive oil

  • Optional: Trader Joes’ Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. *Optional: sprinkle with Trader Joe’s EBTB seasoning for extra flavor!

  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
