Butternut Squash Vegan Cheese Sauce

Butternut Squash Vegan Cheese Sauce
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 8 servings
INGREDIENTS
2 c butternut squash puree, canned or fresh
1 c nutritional yeast
1 c unsweetened milk of choice
2 cloves garlic
salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Add squash puree, nutritional yeast, unsweetened milk & garlic into a high speed blender.
Blend on medium to medium high to create one smooth textured sauce. Blend for 3-5 minutes.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Store in an airtight container for 7-10 days in the refrigerator.
