40+ Ways to Support People of Color & Black Lives Matter

While the pages of my blog usually contain positive food, wellness & mental health vibes — the consistent practice of love, compassion & empathy for others is equally a part of a healthy lifestyle. The events of recent weeks & the movement that our nation is feeling cannot be ignored. While muting my own voice for the week & sharing the voices of some amazing women of color, I am feeling hopeful of the work that can be done in understand, supporting & helping others believe that black lives matter.

I am creating this post to solidly keep a list of resources that you can reference & support as you continue to do the work alongside with me. I am committed to continuing to listen, learn, grow & speak up for those who have been silenced for so long. Thank you for joining me. I plan to continue to be a support & voice around this movement.
