Mallory was one of the absolute best parts of my training for my first full ironman. I have experimented with different approaches to nutrition in my past training, but know I had to pull out the big guns for a race of this kind of distance. Mallory not only helped me nail down nutritional goals that would serve me well while racing, she coached me throughout my day-to-day training, the week leading up to my races throughout the season - even my rest days were covered! I learned so much about myself, my body, and what it truly takes to set myself up for success, nutritionally and athletically. I can’t recommend Mallory, her program, and her approach to nutritional coaching, enough.
